3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as customized projects (e.g., Home Choice Security System or SNSD Project installations that have already commenced). If you have questions about whether your purchase is eligible for a return, please contact us.

4. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
